MarketZuno Privacy Policy

1. Information processed by free tools

Many MarketZuno utilities process information that you enter so the requested tool can produce its result. Depending on the tool, this may include campaign copy, contact-list data, URLs, marketing information, messages or other content supplied by you.

Individual tools may behave differently. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to use or process.

2. Website Growth Widget

When a website owner installs the MarketZuno Growth Widget, MarketZuno may process information submitted through that widget.

This can include information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Lead or callback messages
• Email signup information
• The page where the widget was used
• Widget interaction events
• Session identifiers used for basic analytics

3. Growth analytics

The Growth Suite can record product interaction events such as widget impressions, widget opens, lead submissions, FAQ interactions, coupon reveals, call-to-action clicks, callback requests, email signups and click-to-WhatsApp interactions.

This information is used to provide website owners with their MarketZuno Growth Analytics dashboard.

4. Lead management

Information submitted through a Growth Widget can appear inside the website owner's private MarketZuno lead inbox. The owner may organize leads using statuses, tags, notes, automation rules and the visual pipeline.

5. Campaign preparation

MarketZuno provides campaign-preparation tools that can process contact information supplied by the user. The free campaign builder prepares campaign data and exports and does not provide public WhatsApp bulk delivery.

6. Email delivery infrastructure

MarketZuno has email-delivery infrastructure with suppression, unsubscribe, bounce and complaint handling. Public self-service email sending may be limited or provided only in controlled rollout modes.

7. Local browser storage

Some MarketZuno functionality may use browser storage, such as localStorage, to remember interface preferences or tool history on your device.

8. Third-party services

Some MarketZuno functions may rely on third-party infrastructure or services when required for that feature. Those providers may process information according to their own applicable policies.

9. Website owner responsibilities

A business or website owner using MarketZuno remains responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, permission or consent for the information it collects and the marketing communications it sends.

MarketZuno tools do not make unsolicited marketing permissible.

10. Security

MarketZuno uses technical controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, including private management tokens, restricted server files, input validation and access controls for private Growth Suite pages.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes
