MarketZuno Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic conditions for using MarketZuno's marketing utilities and Growth Suite.
1. Using MarketZuno
MarketZuno provides marketing utilities, campaign preparation tools, website growth widgets, lead management features, automations and analytics.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable rules and provider requirements.
2. Your content and data
You are responsible for the information, contact data, messages, URLs and other material you enter into MarketZuno.
You must have the necessary rights or permission to use that information.
3. Marketing communications
MarketZuno tools may help prepare marketing campaigns or organize recipients. This does not mean that every prepared communication is lawful or permitted.
You remain responsible for consent requirements, opt-out rules, privacy obligations and any applicable platform or messaging-provider policies.
4. WhatsApp functionality
MarketZuno does not provide public WhatsApp bulk delivery.
WhatsApp-related utilities may create or prepare click-to-chat links, QR codes, campaign copy, website actions or other supporting material.
5. Email functionality
MarketZuno may provide email preparation and controlled email-delivery functionality. Availability can vary while delivery features are being developed or rolled out.
6. Website Growth Suite
The Growth Suite can collect leads and website interaction events for the website owner who installs it. Website owners are responsible for informing their visitors and complying with applicable privacy and marketing requirements.
7. Service availability
MarketZuno may update, modify, suspend or remove features as the product evolves.
Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
8. No performance guarantee
MarketZuno does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, campaign performance, revenue, lead volume, conversion rates or business outcomes.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use MarketZuno to intentionally facilitate spam, fraud, unlawful access, deceptive activity or other abuse.
10. Automated access and abuse
Excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass service limits or activity that interferes with the operation of MarketZuno may be restricted.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as MarketZuno evolves. Continued use of the service after an updated version is published is subject to the current version.
